Leadership In Action: RECAP

We are almost midway through our Leadership In Action program!  With inspiring workshops from Mike Murase and Todd Odagawa, our young cohort gave thought on topics such as: activism, social justice, allyship, what it means to lead by taking action, and project management. Each lesson brings them closer to completing their civil liberties projects! Most recently, the cohort was able to attend the 2023 Los Angeles Day of Remembrance at the Japanese American National Museum. What an incredible event for our young teens to rethink civil liberties and their own identities. We are excited for week 5!
