After two years away, Kizuna was finally able to reconnect with its community on Sunday, June 5th, 2022 at Hisashiburi: A Long Time Since the Last Time hosted at Terasaki Budokan.

FILL OUR SKY
A long time ago, Kizuna was founded by a group of aspiring community leaders who wished to have a space where Japanese American youth and young professionals could learn about and carry on the legacies of those who shaped Little Tokyo and Japanese American culture. Their wish came true as Kizuna grew to serve thousands of Japanese American youth since its founding, over 6,000 as of 2021.
As Kizuna enters a new chapter in our story, we are wishing to become a space where our participants can grow into the leaders they want to see in the world. You can help us make this wish come true by contributing to a senbazuru, or one thousand origami cranes. Each crane is $5 and will be made by hand in a collective effort to raise funds for more years of Kizuna fun.
